"Doing so helps them to align not only their future income but also their future job satisfaction."
The workshop will guide participants through THRIVE’s identified four stages of Career Alignment: Discover, Dream, Design, and Destiny. The first two stages will provide a Myers Briggs Personality Assessment and identification of employment areas that are ideal for each attendee. The last two stages will help participants to develop a plan of action and begin working the plan. In addition to the interactive approach that draws on all participants’ experiences, attendees will benefit from one-on-one advising with Reese, who also heads a Mentor-based national media company’s Human Resource Department.
The workshop will be held from 8:30 - 10:00 a.m. on four consecutive Saturdays beginning July 24, 2010. The sessions will be held at Bellasano Coffee & Cuisine in Gristmill Plaza off Route 44, and the cost for the entire four-part series is $250 and includes the personality assessment and all other course materials. Registration is required, and space is limited to ten female career seekers.
A scholarship has been set up to provide access to the workshop at no cost for one candidate. Interested participants should submit their name and a brief description of their career aspirations to Gail Reese, SPHR at greese@thethriveteam.com
